Elastic completes the acquisition of Optimyze
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CALIFORNIA – (COMMERCIAL THREAD) – Elastic (NYSE: ESTC) (“Elastic”), the company behind Elasticsearch and the Elastic Suite, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Optimyze, a profiling platform continuous “always on” for infrastructure, applications and services to provide customers with an easier way to gain insight into their entire IT ecosystem and eliminate blind spots.

Optimyze co-founder and CEO Thomas Dullien and co-founder and CTO Sean Heelan are key staff joining Elastic. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
