“Mission 350 is carefully designed to support and enhance the future of work at Sephora, which places a strong emphasis on our employee culture, collaboration and flexibility,” said Jeff Gaul, senior vice president of development. Sephora stores, in a press release, according to the San Chronique de François. “Most importantly, this move consolidates the number of buildings our employees work in and supports our hybrid in-person and remote working practices while providing ample room for growth as Sephora continues to be a leading employer in the Bay Area.
THE WHY ? Sephora is combining its two existing offices at 425 Market Street and 525 Market Street into one space, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. The space is available after the previous tenant reduced its offices following work-from-home mandates.
